
Drive to "La Tablita" and have your car washed.
While they do that, go to the bohio and order two chorizos rancheros with an ice cold Soberana.
As far as the recipeis concerned, here goes.
The sauce consists of onions, culantro, celery and some non-descript things sauteed in some kind of oil.
They also butter the "michitas" with the local spread.
As far as the chorizos themselves, some things are better left a mystery.
Trust me as soon as I can figure out how they make them, I'll let you know.
In the meantime I promise to go weekly until I succeed.
