
Ingredients:
2-3 Green Mangos (they have to be unripe white and firm on the inside)
1 large Onion
1 cup of Vinegar
Sugar
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Peel and slice the Mangos (don't use the hard white seed in the center)
Slice the onion and place all in a bowl. Add the Vinegar and add
sugar,salt and pepper to taste. The mixture should be sweetish/peppery with
a sharp tang!
Place in the refrigerator for an hour and then enjoy!
