
Combine the folowing ingredients in a blender.
6 Habanero's Peppers (without seeds, wear gloves when peeling)
1 large onion
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of Cilantro
3/4 Cup of Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar
3 large Carrots
Lime juice to taste
Salt and Pepper as needed
Blend and use as Condiment makes great BAR-B-Q sause
