
1/4 cup olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
1 lb of flank steak
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t garlic salt
1/2 t each of salt and pepper
1 T oregano
1 can tomato paste
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup red wine
Sauté onions & green pepper in hot olive oil. Shred flank steak in small pieces. Brown meat with onions and green pepper. Add Worcestershire,
garlic salt, seasonings. Add tomato paste, water and wine. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until tender.
