SALE ITEMS

Items purchased during sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Final Sale means no returns or exchanges. We are unable to accept items that are purchased on Final Sale for return or exchange. If an order is placed with a sale and full price item, the full price item is still eligible for a refund/exchange.


RETURN POLICY

Customers have 14 days to send your items back to us. All items must be returned in original packaging and unworn.

Unfortunately at this moment we are not able to offer free returns for our customers, but this is something we hope to offer in the future ! Customers must pay for any return shipping costs.

Important informations :

Make sure all items are exactly as received, with their tags still attached. We will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.

Customers can return items by any safe means of transport, with tracking number, essential for any claim.

Please note, LOST PARADISE will not be responsible for the loss of untracked return packages and for the risk of damage during return shipment.


We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.


 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER ?

Here are the return terms :

1- Please send an email to contact@lostparadise.com to inform us of an upcoming return with your order number.

2- Pack your items with your delivery slip showing your order number.

3- Return the items via the carrier of your choice, taking care to choose a tracking service. Any claim will be impossible without a tracking number.

4- Your refund will be made within 72 hours of receipt of the return. Please, contact us by filling out the contact form located on the contact page of the site or by writing to contact@lostparadise.com with our order number for any questions regarding a return.

 

EXCHANGE

LOST PARADISE does not make any exchange. In the event of an order return, you will receive a refund.

 

REFUND

Your refund will be made to the credit card that was used to pay for the order. Please note that we will refund you within 14 working days of receiving the return of your order.
