What are your delivery options ?

We ship all our orders out via ????.

Do you provide International delivery ?

Yes we do. All international orders are shipped via ????. 

Will I be charged customs or duties ?

EU countries will not be charged duties.

LOST PARADISE is not responsible for any import duties, customs and taxes incurred on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot advise the cost as these charges will vary according to country. 

As these fees are not computed or applied by LOST PARADISE. If you are unsure about the charges please contact your local customs office for further information.

Can I return my order ?

All items must be returned in original packaging and unworn within 14 days of delivery. 

LOST PARADISE will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.

The client must pay for any return shipping costs.

Please note, we are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

How do I track my order ?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number attached via email.
